Payments - All payments are nonrefundable. Studio credits will be issued if programs/ classes are canceled by PPA. PPA reserves the right to appoint instructors, reschedule or cancel any programs/ classes at any time. Absence without one week advance notice will not be credited. Partial credit or makeup class (subject to availability and limit to two classes per semester) may be issued with email-notice before the absence. Studio credits are transferable with $25 processing fee. The expiration date of credits will be noted at the time of issue.
Late Fees - Payments are required to confirm enrollment. Inquiry for availability does not guarantee a spot. Late payment will be subject to a $25 late fee. PPA reserves the right to reassign spots to other students when full payment is not received by the due date.
Drop-off & Pick-up (Kids Programs) - All classes are drop-off only. Adults are not allowed to accompany during class at the studio. As consideration for other classes in session, please refrain from arriving more than 5 minutes before your class time. All students should be checked in with PPA staff before parents/guardians exiting the studio. There's a flat fee ($20 per 30 minutes) for early drop-off or late pick-up, which requires sign-up in advance. Late pick-up without advance notice will be charged $10 for every 15 minutes. Payment is due at pick-up or will be automatically deducted from paid credit.
General Safety Rules - All students and staff must review and sign the Liability Waiver Form at registration. Shoes are required at all times inside the studio. Bikes, scooters, and strollers are not allowed inside the building. There is no eating or drinking inside the studio except for water. Students must follow directions by instructors and remain in the designated classroom/ area at all times for their safety. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may cause early dismissal and/or further actions to ensure students' safety.
